Responsibilities:

Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
Ad copywriting & content creation for various digital channels, including email, SMS, and social media
Develop visual assets for digital campaigns, including graphics, images, and videos
Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to maximize ROI
Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to increase website conversions
Utilize SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
Conduct email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage with customers and promote the brand
Manage social media marketing activities, including content creation, community management, and ad campaigns
Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with business goals
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
Excellent knowledge of SEO, PPC, CRO, email marketing, and social media marketing
Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics and similar tools
Ability to develop and implement complex automations and systems
Excellent writing and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for working in a startup environment and willingness to wear multiple hats
