We now require a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will need to be very confident in creating marketing content. Also, favorable will be someone who can prepare marketing plans, content roadmaps and strategies for our business and current and future clients. You will have at least 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing and be ready to work ASAP. The role will allow you to work remotely and can be flexible as our current clients range from Australia to North America and Europe. As this will be a new role you will be confident in setting up systems and able to work confidently without the need for constant guidance. We will be looking at you to help create new viable services for our clientele by creating value for them and our Agency.
Key Requirements
Ability to demonstrate past prior experience
Demonstrate past marketing plans, strategies and content roadmaps
HubSpot, Mailer Cloud experience or similar marketing automation required
Confident in creating marketing content
SEO, SMM, PPC, EDM and Content Creation (Blogs, Social, Email) favorable
AdWords, Google Analytics, Google My Business and Google Tag Manager experience
Confident with Office 365, Outlook, Word, OneDrive, SharePoint and PowerPoint
Canva experience
Excellent written English and ability to demonstrate
Great internet connection
Will be required to use Hub staff to track time against our clients’ projects
SMS Marketing experience highly favourable
HubSpot experience highly favorable
LinkedIn experience favorable
The skills we’re looking for
2-3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably agency-side).
Proven track record in driving successful AdWords/PPC and paid search campaigns.
Strong working knowledge of Facebook Ads and all paid search platforms.
Google AdWords certification is a bonus.
Strong attention to detail.
Passion for PPC and digital marketing in general.
Effective communication and reporting skills.
Strong track record in managing small to medium-sized budgets.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good working knowledge of Google Analytics.
Effective account management skills.
