Mission:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for enhancing online visibility and brand awareness by creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and fostering community interactions. The role aims to increase audience engagement and drive lead generation through strategic content creation, influencer partnerships, and performance analysis to refine marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

General Administrative Tasks:
– Review and monitor marketing inboxes and enquiries.
– Check task management system to ensure projects are being followed up and timelines are being met.
– Check timelines for projects and report and resolve sticking points.
– Be on call for urgent issues to notify the team and ensure they are actioned.
– Help document and update processes alongside the growth manager.
– Take notes and follow through with creating tasks and processes based on instructions.
– Ensure the team is allocated upskilling tasks and actively participate in these tasks each month.
Digital Marketing Tasks:
– General social media and email marketing engagement.
– Content creation including writing, imagery, editing, and video creation.
– Compile data from dashboards, reports from Ads and SEO teams, summarise and report to clients and Growth Manager
– Create and manage social media and email marketing accounts for clients.
– Manage social scheduling tools and create social media content.
– Oversee email marketing management, including content creation and scheduling.
– Interact and engage with email marketing for clients and the internal portfolio of Accentuate.
– Create social media schedules and review content.
– Spearhead new marketing processes and improve current processes.
– Manage and recommend marketing campaigns.
– Collaborate with the Growth Manager on additional tasks and training.
– Plan blog content for the writing team to create and schedule.
– Develop and deploy social media and email marketing strategies.
– Execute and improve client onboarding processes.
– Connect social accounts/users and analytics to dashboards.
– Liaise with SEO and AdWords teams to action requests or send requests to relevant teams.
– Review written and visual content for marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience post-education (agency-level experience preferred) in digital marketing management, social media management, and content creation.
Skills:
– Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
