Job Summary:
In this exciting remote role, you’ll leverage your digital marketing knowledge and analytical skills to provide comprehensive support. You’ll answer customer calls, manage data collection across various platforms, and analyze results to generate valuable marketing insights. Responsibilities:
1. Answer customer calls related to digital marketing inquiries.
2. Provide clear and accurate information in a professional and courteous manner.
3. Collect key performance indicator (KPI) data from various digital platforms (social media, website analytics, email marketing, paid ads).
4. Input and maintain accurate KPI data in designated spreadsheets for internal reporting and analysis.
5. Analyze data to identify trends and measure performance against established marketing goals.
6. Generate actionable insights to inform campaign optimization and future strategies.
7. Proactive and resourceful, taking initiative to identify and address digital marketing needs.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing marketing trends.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing.
10. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 1 year experience in digital marketing or a related field.
2. Proficient in using various digital marketing tools and platforms.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the team.
