Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to implement and drive our comprehensive marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing plans across various domains: USP Clarification, Target Audience Segmentation, Service Offering Clarification, Content Marketing and SEO, and Networking and Partnerships.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and refine our unique selling proposition (USP), ensuring clear communication across all marketing materials and channels.
2. Conduct detailed market research to identify and segment target audiences, tailoring marketing efforts to meet distinct needs.
3. Clearly define and communicate Websider’s service offerings, aligning with market demand and client expectations.
4. Create and execute a robust content marketing strategy, enhancing Websider’s online visibility and search engine ranking.
5. Build and maintain professional networks and partnerships to expand Websider’s reach and business opportunities.
6. Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
7. You can work on your time zone as long as you get the job done, However once a week (Fridays we will need you to attend the team meeting around 9-10am UK time.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, and online customer acquisition.
2. Excellent communication and networking skills.
3. Be able to understand analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, smerush)
4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is the initial salary. We value hard work and dedication, which is why we provide a sincere salary review and possibly more working hours after six months for top performers. This is in addition to regular annual reviews, which are in line with industry standards.
