Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating effective marketing funnels, developing and executing email campaigns, and creating engaging copy and content for various platforms. This role will require strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing funnels using Go High Level and ClickFunnels
Create and manage email campaigns for promotional campaigns, newsletters, and email lead responses, using MailChimp or Mailgun
Write and edit copy and content for social media platforms, articles, blogs, and other marketing materials based on requirements and topic
Work closely with clients to assess their needs and strategize on how to best deliver the desired results
Proofread and edit existing marketing materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular reports
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends
Collaborate with team members to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed
Requirements:

Proven experience as a marketing virtual assistant or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience creating effective marketing funnels using Go High Level and ClickFunnels
Experience with email marketing platforms, such as MailChimp or Mailgun
Ability to write engaging copy and content for various platforms
Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
Ability to assess client needs and develop strategies to deliver desired results
Proficient in proofreading and editing marketing materials
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
