Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies and email campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, manage digital and email marketing initiatives, and analyze performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and conversions.
Email Campaign Management: Create, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for digital marketing and email campaigns, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia.
SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engine optimization (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to maximize ROI.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of digital and email marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, and other campaign elements to improve open and click-through rates.
List Management: Manage email lists, segment audiences, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital and email marketing and incorporate them into our strategies.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure cohesive strategies and messaging.

Requirements:
– a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist, email marketing specialist, or similar role.
– in-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
– strong experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
– Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
– excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
