Job Description:
Digital Marketing Specialists will be well-versed in establishing brand identity, have experience creating optimized content across multiple social media platforms, and have deep knowledge of the latest digital media trends and current influencers in our industry.
Requirements/Job duties:
Social Media Management
Manage Brand Channels for Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Facebook, Linkedin
Creating Content for stories, posts, reels, video clips
Responsible for creating graphics, images, and additional content
Viideo editing
Optimize hashtags, captions, tags, and SEO
Commenting, Engaging, and Networking with accounts, top influencers and industry experts
Assisting with Facebook ad copy and social media distribution
Clickfunnels and Landing Page Optimization
Work closely with the marketing team and developers to create and monetize sale funnels for events, landing pages, opt-in pages, etc
Review metrics and data for best performance
Updating graphics, color schemes, layouts, backgrounds, logos
Updating funnels and evaluating monthly for best performance
Graphic Design:
Helping with handouts, sales presentations, flyers, banners, Facebook ads, photoshop, email design, event graphics, social media templates, seasonal promos, and newsletters
Basic Video Editing:
Helping with video clips for social media, testimonials, Facebook ads, etc
Podcast:
Editing, trimming, and formatting podcasts for distribution
Posting and optimizing podcasts on channels
Develop campaigns and schedule for distribution
Develop graphics, intros, and branded materials
Researching new & innovative marketing solutions based on KPI and metrics
Researching and providing best practices for online brand building through affiliate and social media partnerships
Reviewing Facebook ads, researching industry best practices, and keeping the marketing team accountable and up-to-date on industry trends
Monitoring REN Marketing Tracker for daily, weekly, monthly goals
REN Compensation Plan:
Initial Compensation (based on 40 hrs/week): USD, paid bi-weekly: $400 USD (via Paypal) when Contractor sends an invoice for review (and audit is completed). 3-Month Probation w/ base increase to $480 bi-weekly.
Additional Information:
This position will be under review for 90 days
From then on, any base increases will be annual and must be approved by the Finance Committee.
Any time worked over 40 hrs MUST be approved by the Manager & Finance committee.
Overtime compensation will be double the hourly rate.
Commission/Bonuses:
REN Sales $300 profit pool split between team members
Event Sales 10% profit pool split between team members
