We are a leading real estate investment firm, is seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. We specialize in innovative real estate investment strategies and are committed to delivering exceptional results. This role is an exciting opportunity for a remote professional who is passionate about social media, content creation, and video editing, and who is keenly aware of the latest digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance our real estate investment brand’s presence across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
– Create engaging, high-quality content specific to the real estate investment sector, including graphics, written copy, and videos.
– Manage social media content calendars to ensure a consistent and relevant flow of content.
– Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
– Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and the real estate investment industry.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
– Produce and edit compelling videos tailored for online platforms, reflecting our brand.
– Engage with online communities, building relationships and promoting brand loyalty.
– Support digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and online advertising.

Qualifications:
– At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media and content creation.
– Proficient in using AI to include ChatGPT and other platforms for editing and content creation.
– Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
– In-depth knowledge of social media platforms.
– Strong analytical skills to interpret digital campaign data.
– Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
– Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
