Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:
As a Marketing Specialist at UpCierge, will play a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing Head with the execution of digital marketing strategies for various online channels. This role involves writing engaging copy, conducting research, and assisting with the management of digital advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Marketing Head in the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility, generate leads, and boost brand recognition.
2. Develop engaging and persuasive content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
3. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Head to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotions.
4. Conduct competitive analysis or market research
5. Support the marketing initiatives and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
6. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools and provide insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
7. Collaborate and brainstorm with the Creatives Team in the creation of marketing collateral including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and product documentation.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in digital marketing with copywriting and content writing experience is REQUIRED.
2. Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
3. Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.
5. Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
