JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Analyzing business requirements with the help of Chief Operating Officer / Director of Marketing to support the company objectives
• Overseeing quality management for project outputs and deliverables
• Day-to-day management of team members to ensure targets are met and work is streamlined
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
• Knowing every detail of the given digital project at any given moment, and serve as the “go-to” for all other members
• Have mastery and ownership of all tasks required to carry out digital marketing projects.
• Schedule and lead all necessary meetings, create and run the agendas, capture and distribute all notes; ensure meetings are maximally productive in minimal time.
• Self-starter who thrives in a team environment, and will proactively identify productivity issues and meet challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset to create results; courage to bring productivity or performance challenges to leadership for support, as needed
• Creative Direction and telling stories through campaigns driven by direct response marketing principles and a strong grasp of why people buy; uses these principles to guide the creative process with the team and provide excellent creative direction for winning creatives
• Make sense of metrics and see where there are problems or opportunities in our numbers
• Onboarding and training new team members, monitoring their performance for excellence, managing weekly 1:1s with team members and managing reviews and corrective action / performance planning, as needed
SPECIFIC RECURRING TASKS:
• Manage the Monthly Member Email (updates members on the impact of their donations for that month)
• Manage Member SMS communication (forthcoming)
• Onboard charities into the monthly update process and ensure they adhere to it monthly.
• Manage the contracting process with Charities (part of onboarding them). This task could potentially be better handled by an Admin.
• Ensure every new member receives a personalized welcome email, document that feedback in an organized manner so the team has a pulse on what marketing strategies are working, while improving overall UX.
• BONUS: Meet with 3-5 members per week for 15 minutes on zoom to hear their feedback.
• Basic Customer Service – cancel accounts for members who request it. Clarify questions / delegate to technical teams whenever bugs are discovered.
• BONUS: Develop & manage DDC Member Community (Discord server or other platform) where members can communicate, share ideas, hear town halls from the founders/advisors/charities.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 3+ years of years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
• Must have 3+ years of experience in Direct Marketing world or high ticket sales, with a proven track record of getting results
• Experience in WordPress, Clickfunnels, Zapier, Ontraport, Close, ActiveCampaign, and Thinkific a huge plus
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
• Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
• Training in customer service management is a huge plus
• Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, Trello, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype and Zoom
• A strong background and growing knowledge of Direct Response Marketing to manage launches and company growth, with a strong working knowledge of the role of powerful storytelling both visually and with words.
• Have experience managing social media and advertising projects, to include copywriting, design and implementation across marketing channels, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest (loading and optimizing content, community management, etc)
• Understands programming automation logic (if / then)
• Excellent people skills, with an ability to work productively with many types of people and to build great rapport with direct reports; comfortable being assertive with others to meet (or exceed) deadlines

• Salary Range: PHP 50,000 – 80,000 monthly, Depending on experience
