Who we are looking for:

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing online marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads. You will collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to create compelling and effective digital marketing strategies that align with our overall business objectives.

Main responsibilities:

PPC Campaign Management:

* Plan, set up, and manage PPC campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and meta search platforms.
* Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI.
* Continuously refine and improve PPC strategies based on market trends and platform updates.

Landing Page Optimization:

* Develop and maintain landing pages that enhance user experience and drive conversion rates.
* Implement A/B testing to evaluate the performance of different landing page elements.
* Use analytics tools to gather insights and refine landing page designs for maximum effectiveness.

Social Media Content Creation:

* Create engaging and relevant content for our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
* Develop a content calendar and ensure consistent posting to maintain an active and vibrant social media presence.
* Utilize multimedia formats (text, images, videos, etc.) to effectively convey our brand message.

Analytics and Reporting:

* Utilize various analytics tools to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
* Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting key performance indicators and opportunities for improvement.

Industry Research and Best Practices:

* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in PPC, SEO, and social media marketing.
* Implement cutting-edge techniques and strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the digital marketing landscape.

What you need:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
* Proven experience managing PPC campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and meta search engines.
* Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices.
* Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
* Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content.
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
