Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Work hours: Part-time 20 hours/week with the potential need for 30-40 hours/week in the near future
Timezone: Eastern European Time (EEST) which is 5 hours behind Philippines time
Initial work schedule: Anywhere between 6am and 6pm EEST, Mondays to Fridays
Rate: $6-7 per hour DOE

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client’s remote team based in Cyprus. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing advanced automation strategies, cross-platform integrations, and intricate lead tracking for our global client base. Responsibilities:
Set up landing pages using Go High Level (GHL) to optimize lead capture and user experience.
Create and manage email sequences and campaigns within GHL to nurture leads and facilitate conversions.
Integrate Manychat with GHL, enabling seamless communication between platforms for messenger sequences and chat flows.
Configure Sales Rep Calendars within GHL to streamline sales call bookings.
Develop and implement automations that connect lead generation, sales call booking, and CRM management to enhance efficiency.
Build and manage marketing pipelines and automation workflows to ensure a smooth lead-to-conversion process.
Establish and maintain complex tracking mechanisms using Funnelytics or similar tools to accurately attribute leads, calls, and sales to specific traffic sources and marketing funnels.
Collaborate with Facebook and YouTube Ad Account tracking and tech setups to optimize campaigns.
Optionally, manage Facebook and YouTube Ad Accounts, overseeing campaigns and scaling strategies.
Assist in more complex website building and coding tasks as needed for advanced tracking and automation requirements.

Qualifications:
3-5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on automation, cross-platform integrations, and complex lead tracking.
Proficiency in Go High Level for landing page creation, email campaigns, and automation workflows.
Expertise in Manychat for messenger sequences and integration with GHL CRM and automations.
Strong knowledge of Zapier for setting up intricate automations.
Familiarity with Funnelytics or equivalent tools for complex tracking and attribution.
Demonstrated experience in Facebook and YouTube Ad Account tracking and tech setups.
Understanding of coding and website building, particularly for advanced tracking requirements (nice to have).
Prior experience in Online Marketing, Coaching/Consulting, and Sales Call Based Selling industries is a plus!
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to foresee and address potential scaling issues.
Proven track record of successful lead tracking and attribution for scaled paid traffic campaigns.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing tasks and projects effectively.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members across different time zones.
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume lead environment.
