We are an Australian immigration company that assists individuals and businesses with Australian visas, we are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for increasing our organic traffic, managing PPC campaigns, generating leads, and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO and SEM strategies, creating long-form blog content, Managing Google Ads, and managing email marketing campaigns, among other tasks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in increasing website traffic and optimising marketing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use SEO tools to analyse and develop marketing strategies to increase organic traffic
• Research and implement the best AI tools for long-form blog content creation
• Use AI tools to prepare long-form blogs and optimize them for SEO using keyword research and other SEO tools
• Ensure the blogs are not AI detectable
• Submit the blogs to the manager for review before posting, then post the approved blogs on our website
• Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns
• Create and optimise ad campaigns and paid search landing pages
• Analyse and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI)
• Use Google Ads to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns
• Analyse and optimise pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase ROI
• Manage and optimise display campaigns across multiple devices
• Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility
• Develop marketing strategies to increase traffic, leads, and sales, and analyse competitors to outrank them
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and automation using ActiveCampaign to retarget and nurture leads
• Post updates on social media and manage the Newsletter
• Build our presence on Linkedin to develop our B2B presence online
Requirements:
• A degree in digital marketing or a related business field (preferred)
• Proven SEO and SEM experience and managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools
• Knowledge of relevant AI tools
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Google Ads certification (preferred)
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM

The Position
• Permanent full-time (38 hours/week).
• Work from home (team collaboration via Microsoft Teams).
Benefits and Perks
• Salary of PHP 30,000 to 40,000 per month depending on experience
