Schedule: Tuesday – Friday 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm EST
Job Duties:
In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Answer phones, text messages, and emails, providing excellent customer service.
Assist clients with scheduling.
Handle administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of company activities
Manage (CRM) system for effective client management and tracking.
Proactively search for networking opportunities and develop outreach and outbound communication to potential new clients.
Develop campaigns for email, Facebook, and Google.
Track campaign progress and adjust if needed.
Develop on-brand content including editing videos and photos, adding watermarks, and creating engaging descriptions for posts on Facebook and Instagram.
Draft/schedule posts and monitor engagement.
Seek opportunities to comment/like content of related companies, clients, & local communities.
Assist with copywriting, proofreading and collaborating with staff to ensure all materials are in-line with brand standards.
Assist with the creation of proposals and sales documents.
Hand off new clients to the owner and Operations Manager.
Track and reply to client reviews and document employee mentions for rewards.
Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with the marketing team to collect and organize data for reports and analytics.
Manage web page edits and search optimization.
Help prepare materials and presentations for conferences and trade shows.
Develop SOPs and templates for all tasks completed.
About You:
Core qualifications:
3+ years experience in office administration and marketing support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with entire Google Suite
Proficiency with
Experience with marketing software and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva)
Experience in construction industries preferred
Experience with photo and video editing
Proficiency with various social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with colleagues and clients
Creative, enthusiastic, and proactive
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies
