Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
– Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to attract leads, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth.
2. Content Creation & SEO
– Develop compelling and SEO-optimized content (written, visual, and video) aligned with brand messaging and target audience.
– Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
– Manage and maintain the company blog with fresh, informative content.
– Craft website copy that is clear, persuasive, and optimized for conversions.
3. Social Media Marketing
– Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive traffic to the website.
– Create and schedule engaging social media content across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
– Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
4. Lead Generation
– Develop and implement lead generation campaigns through various digital channels (e.g., SEO, social media, content marketing).
– Manage and nurture leads through email marketing automation.
– Analyze lead generation data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.
5. Campaign Management & Analytics
– Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and measure the success of digital marketing campaigns.
– Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools to gain insights and optimize future efforts.
– Generate reports to track progress, demonstrate ROI of marketing initiatives, and inform future strategies.
6. Web Design Support
– Assist in the design and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for SEO.
7. Analytics and Reporting
– Monitor and analyze digital marketing efforts using analytics tools to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
– Generate regular reports to track key metrics and provide insights to inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
– 5+ years as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
– WordPress (CMS) Management experience (preferred but not required).
– Prior experience in the financial services or merchant processing industry (a plus but not required).
– Extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, techniques, and best practices.
– Proficiency in content creation, including writing, editing, and designing graphics.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO principles, and email marketing strategies.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
What We Offer
– Basic Monthly Salary: P40,000 to P50,000 depending on skills and experience
– 13th Month Pay

– Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm EST (40 hours per week)
