About the Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for
Funnel building, automation and segmentation of customers via CRM system
Managing Social Media presence
Optimizing website content for SEO/SEM
Making website improvements to drive engagement and enhance customer journeys
Growing the user base through free and paid media channels accounts, including: Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn
Identifying new avenues for marketing and growth

In this role, you’ll get to:
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns
Develop highly engaging email campaigns that convert
Collaborate with other team members to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Review website content and navigation effectiveness
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals and KPIs
Develop, execute and maintain advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Display Network, Youtube and Linkedin

We are looking for a growth seeker with:
Minimum of three years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience
Outstanding communication skills creating engaging content
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
Solid understanding of eCommerce, SEO and SEM
Experience managing and optimizing paid digital marketing channels

Even better if you have experience in / knowledge of:
Graphic design and video editing
Omnichannel marketing automation (e.g Omnisend or comparable CRM)
Website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Website design / UX enhancing customer journeys
Strong analytical and market research skills
