Digital Marketing Specialist

Green Initiatives Energy Consultants (GIEC) is a firm of Registered Energy Auditors (REAs) based in Toronto, Canada.
We are looking to recruit a highly self-motivated, reliable, and highly productive team of Digital Marketing Specialists with a knack for sales and marketing.

Salary: $30,000 – $100,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate marketing plans, strategies, and roadmaps
• Manage marketing budget and forecasting
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Creation and management of digital marketing strategies
• Social media management
• Content creation and editing (such as but not limited to text content, image content, and video content
• Generate leads

Qualifications:
• Having full stack development skills is a plus
• Education or training in Digital Marketing and business is required
• Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various channels
• Proficiency in using tools required for the tasks indicated in the specific duties and responsibilities
• Basic Photoshop and Video editing
• Excellent track record in managing marketing budgets and forecasting

You must grasp company Product Key (PK) well enough as you will be taught so you can set appointments promptly for leads you have generated.
You must be exceptional at effective planning, decision-making, and problem-solving.
You must be exceptionally attentive to detail.
You must have excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
You should have a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
You must be ready to attend impromptu Zoom strategy meetings with the company management from time to time. Often these meetings take place between 9am to 5pm EST. You must be on time for the meetings announced.
