Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness. You will be responsible for creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on paid advertising and email marketing. The primary platforms you will work on include Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and target audience.

Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat, to maximize ROI.

Email Marketing: Create engaging email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing compelling content, and segmenting the email list for personalized outreach.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to create ad creatives and email content that resonates with the target audience.

A/B Testing: Continuously experiment with different ad formats, targeting options, and messaging to refine and improve campaign results.

Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing best practices to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and email marketing.

Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Creative mindset and the ability to think critically to solve marketing challenges.

Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
