General Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist role is a mid level position responsible for several aspects of a clients digital marketing package such as: search engine optimization, advertising/paid search, graphics and digital assets, local search engine marketing, website updates, email/SMS marketing, content, social media posting, and web analytics. Full & part-time positions available with flexible scheduling options.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
Demonstrate ability and desire to learn local SEO best practices, and implement onsite and offsite SEO (including backlink strategy).
Understands and can implement EEAT guidelines across digital strategy.
Utilize available software to see trends for SEO and recommend changes needed for improvement
Knowledge of WordPress
Create and/ or update client website and class schedules
Add new pages including landing pages based on client offers
Utilization of SEO and UI/UX best practices
Plan website architecture for new website builds
Create visual concepts using computer software to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers
Advise clients and/or account managers on strategies to reach a particular audience
Create images that identify a product or convey a message
Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
Create and manage profiles for social media channels, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
Upload photos and videos to specified profiles
Create engaging social content
Work with Account Managers and clients to establish and maintain a community events calendar for clients to identify key events for participation and promote events online in conjunction with social media
Collaborate with cross-functional team members
Participate in monthly meetings and other marketing planning meetings as needed
Acquire and share new industry best practices company-wide
Maintain Contact Relationship Manager (CRM) for client interaction
Complete tickets, team assignments (queue), and all deliverables assigned to individual and team(s)

4+ Years Experience in Digital Marketing
