Job Description

Our Company is looking for a Digital Marketer, SMM and SEO Specialist. You will play a crucial role in supporting us with digital marketing and administrative needs. We are looking for an individual who is not only tech-savvy but also creative, highly organized, and proficient in a variety of tasks. If you are passionate about social media, content creation, web development, and SEO, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
-Social Media Management:
• Utilize your knowledge and experience with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to create engaging and relevant content.
• Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and ensure a consistent online presence.
-Content Creation:
• Develop eye-catching posts, flyers, and graphics for various purposes.
• Tailor content to meet the unique needs of our clients and their target audiences.
• Creation of 2 to 4 post each week for each of our businesses.
-Blogging:
• Craft informative and engaging blog posts on diverse topics.
• Excellent English skills will be essential in delivering high-quality written content.
-Media Buying(Google Ads/Facebook Ads):
• Understand our industry and audience to accurately target on all platforms.
• Strategize to improve the campaign’s profitability,
• Create weekly and monthly reports on ads, and
• Be able to solve problems systematically with analytics and context.
• Well versed in Google ads, and Facebook ads.
• Able to communicate effectively with team on their ideas
• Continuously explore new ways of running ads and experimenting with new strategies to always be ahead in the media buying skillset.
-Website Maintenance:
• Improve our websites on SquareSpace which must stand out.
• Keep our websites running smoothly by performing updates, making necessary changes, and ensuring optimal functionality, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring website functionality and performance.
-Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Implement SEO best practices to optimize websites for search engines, improving their visibility and ranking.
• Optimize new website builds, blog posts, landing pages, images for keywords.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in social media management, and content creation.
-Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in relevant tools.
-Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
-Web development and maintenance experience.
-SEO knowledge and experience.
-Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
-Ability to meet deadlines and multitask effectively.
Working Schedule
– Work full-time from 6am to 2pm EST.
– Work-from-home setup
– 40 hours/week
– Salary USD 900-1350 monthly depending on experience.
