Job Description

Job Summary:

Assist with brand’s Digital Marketing and E-Commerce working on the planning, maintenance and execution of brand marketing, online advertising, SEO, and backend systems, whilst aligning with the company’s marketing goals and generating online sales. Working closely with manager, you will be responsible for product listing, advertising content, managing ads, and reporting and managing web performance.

Main Responsibilities:
• Increased total sale being generated from social and business platform of the brand- website, Instagram, Facebook, EDM, and Google Shop
• Increased engagement in social platform- followers, daily enquiries, and posts
• Creation and maintenance of social marketing calendar
• Optimization of brand’s Google presence and SEO-monitoring and continuously improving key search words that is relevant to the brand.

Specific Duties:

Sales
• Maintaining products for online sale
• Assisting and supporting the online launch for new collections and executing supporting advertising with Marketing & Operations Manager
• Maintain the operations of Shopify Plus store and stay up to date with processes, apps and plugins that will support the operations of the business.

o Using Shopify tools and integrated apps to maintain imagery and periodically reviewing all content and copy to support the sale of the products.
o Maintaining & testing user experience by completing regular health checks of our online platforms
o Working closely with Homewares Manager & Director to understand when content of new products is ready to be uploaded & online ready for sale.
o Ensuring higher engagement on social media and conversion of sales
o Work closely with Shopify plus partner to discuss new plug ins to understand how we can improve and promote customer service experience and sales.

Planning & Implementation

• Implementing supporting technologies that are best available to support the ecommerce operations of the company.
• Analyzing data sets to help develop advertising strategies to increase buy interest in products resulting in online sales.

o Consistently staying up to date with industry digital marketing and ecommerce benchmarks and tools to support and promote En Gold
o Weekly monitoring of Google analytics and Ads manager to assist in setting product and messaging focus for the week.

Managing Web Performance

• Working closely with the Marketing and Operations Manager to assist with brand projects’ progress from planning to execution to ensure it remains focused and evaluate its effectiveness.

External Stakeholder Communications

• Troubleshooting any performance issues with external partners to enhance the processes of Shopify Plus, Klayvio, Google Analytics and social media platforms.

Internal Support

• Working closely with the marketing team to create social content, brand campaigns and journal posts to support and maintain online presence and engagement in line with the brand identity.

This is a Cebu based position.
