Robert Ventures, a leading alternative asset investment company focused on real estate and Web3 investments, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of driving successful online campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Digital Campaign Management:
-Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), and content marketing.
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure goals are met and identify opportunities for improvement.
Content Creation and Management:
-Develop compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email.
-Collaborate with the creative team to create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content.
Social Media Management:
-Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
-Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience reach.
Email Marketing:
-Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance metrics.
-Work on building and maintaining an effective email marketing strategy for lead generation and customer retention.
SEO and Website Optimization:
-Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
-Collaborate with web development teams to ensure the website is optimized for user experience and conversion.
Analytics and Reporting:
-Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
-Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
-Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
-Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and recommend adjustments to the digital marketing strategy accordingly.
Collaboration and Communication:
-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
-Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns (3-5 years).
-Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools).
-Proficiency in digital marketing CRMs (Go High Level preferred)
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to create and manage lead generation funnels and landing pages.
-Excellent written capabilities for newsletters, blog posts, and email campaigns.
-Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
