Digital Marketing Specialist

Anchor New Homes is a leading real estate brokerage with specialization in pre-construction sales and projects.
We are fast paced, as we deal with trusted partners and over 100 new project launches in Canada every year.

ANH is looking for a Part Time / Full Time Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in various aspects of digital marketing, including ad campaign management, website performance analysis, CRM management, SEO/SEM, graphic design, and task management.

The successful candidate with have experience, and be proficient with the following responsibilities;
– Creating, Managing and Optimizing META Ads Campaigns
– Creating, Managing and Optimizing Google Ads Campaigns
– Landing Page Building (full stack developer not required, you may have experience using UI/UX or AI based site builders)
– Using Google Analytics or similar tools for insights on website performance and client journey, and experience with SEO/SEM best practices to increase impressions and conversion
– Go High Level CRM / Hubspot CRM use and management experience; lead generation integrations, lead pool management, and data hygiene management

Secondary Experience (Full experience optional, but nice to have);
– SEO/SEM Optimization Experience, utilizing tools such as Semrush or other tracking and website measurement insights tools
– Graphic Design & Advertisement Creation (ad image, feature sheets, graphics to go along with Whatsapp group promotions)
– Photoshop or Canva, or other AI design tool that will create presentable / printable feature sheets and ad images
– Click to view task management

Responsibilities;
– Report to the Director & Office Manager for projects
– Use Click to view to track, log, and mark tasks as complete
– Meet deadlines for projects and tasks
– Log progress on long term projects such as META Ads conversion rate increases and SEO/SEM optimization efforts

Requirements;
– Stable Internet Connection
– Dual Monitors (recommended)
– Accountability for Contact during 9-5 EST (we can coordinate 2-3 hours of time to work together during this time. All work may be completed outside of these hours, so long as deadlines are met.)
– Resourcefulness; to find project details and information that have either been previously provided, are available to you within our project database, or on the project website portal from the partners we work with

We are looking for the successful candidate to work with us and eventually transition to a full time position with a monthly salary.
