Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating awareness, driving traffic and maximising online conversions.

You will have a proven track record of delivering amazing results. You will be responsible for SEO (on-page and off-page), PPC (Google Adwords) and setting up and managing Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn campaigns (organic and paid). You will also be familiar with GA4 and setting up reporting as well as creating and sending email marketing campaigns

Key Responsibilities:
SEO and PPC Management (including Google Shopping):
• Develop and execute SEO and PPC strategies for improved rankings and conversions.
• Monitor and optimise Google AdWords campaigns and website SEO performance.
• Collaborate on SEO-friendly content creation.
• Optimise landing pages for conversion rate improvement.
• Address technical SEO issues.
• Implement schema markup for search visibility.
• Research keywords, trends, and competitors.
• Adapt strategies to algorithm changes.

Social Media Marketing and Advertising
• Create and manage Facebook. Twitter and LinkedIn campaigns to target specific audiences.
• Analyse social ad metrics for campaign refinement.

Analytics and Reporting:
• Set up and maintain GA4 for performance tracking.
• Generate regular reports with actionable insights.
• Provide weekly reports outlining performance v’s targets

Budget Management:
• Efficiently manage digital marketing budgets.
• Adjust budgets as needed for optimal results.

Email marketing:
• Creating and sending email marketing campaigns to customers and potential customers.

Person Specification

• Proven track record in SEO, PPC, and social media and email marketing.
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Proficiency in SEO tools and techniques.
• Expertise in Google AdWords and social media advertising.
• Familiarity with GA4 and reporting.
• Creative mindset for ad content and strategies.
• A/B testing experience.
• Ability to adapt to changing digital marketing trends.
• Effective cross-functional communication and teamwork.
• Experience managing marketing budgets effectively.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
