Awareness Coaching is a coaching business that helps entrepreneurs develop awareness through meditation and coaching. We have a 1:1 service and community product for entrepreneurs.

At Awareness Coaching, we help entrepreneurs discover inner freedom and growth, using practices from ancient wisdom tradition adapted for the modern world of business.

Our awareness method combines coaching programs, meditation practices and a community of entrepreneurs. Our proven coaching and meditation practices are built for entrepreneurs by an entrepreneur.

PREFERRED:

Experience with Marketing Funnels and automated emails/texts.

Experience working with a digital agency

Experience with landing page development and 1+ years experience with Go High Level.

Experience with software Zapier, Asana, Gmail, Pandadoc, Stripe, Quickbooks

Strong experience with copywriting

Graphic design basic experience

This position is full-time and remote.

Job Responsibilities

Understand team needs and objectives and work closely with all areas of business

Building out and creating email campaigns and regular sales emails

Working on the group community and finding new marketing ways to grow the community

Create and update copy for lead magnets and videos in the community that are customer-facing
Write emails and social posts understanding the voice of the founder of Awareness Coaching
Work with the Awareness team to define social media and digital advertising plans and objectives

Collect and analyse web metrics, such as visits, time on site, page views per visit, transaction volume and revenue, traffic mix, click-through rates, conversion rates and cost per acquisition.

Think creatively, meet and collaborate with the team to discuss and identify goals and needs

Assist other team members in daily tasks as requested

Facilitate production schedules in conjunction with the production team

Issue daily status reports, timelines and other reporting tools to the founder

Create and coordinate reports and marketing plans to the founder

Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns via report measurement tools and offer creative solutions

Help with growing and researching prospective customers, industries and issues as needed

PREFERRED:

Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to comprehend technical products

Strong client and customer service mindset

A keen eye for details must be excellent at proofing

Strong leadership skills with the ability to keep both internal and external team members on task

An eye for design and the ability to create aesthetically pleasing layouts

Ability to continually analyze and optimise marketing platforms and concepts

Ability/willingness to work outside normal business hours, based on business and clients needs

A flexible attitude with the ability to work hard and have fun at the same time
