Founded a specialised paediatric speech therapist and dedicated mum, our mission is to transform mealtimes into joyful, stress-free experiences for parents, kids, and health professionals.

Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Joyfull Mealtimes, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You will create and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Google, and various social media channels, ensuring our message reaches and resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and manage Facebook and Google Ads campaigns
– Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
– Plan and maintain a comprehensive content calendar, including social media, blog, and email newsletters (EDM)
– Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximise ROI
– Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
– Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
– Conduct keyword research and SEO optimisation for website content
– Report on key metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

Required Skills and Experience:

– Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in Facebook and Google Ads
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
– Experience with content management systems and email marketing tools
– Knowledge of SEO best practices
– Ability to analyse data and generate insights to optimise campaigns
– Excellent written communication skills, including the use of Australian spelling

– Experience with scheduling applications (e.g., PLANN)
– Experience with Google Analytics and other analytical tools
– Experience with marketing automation tools

Salary: To be negotiated based on experience and skills.
