Digital Account Manager (Startup Experience) – Marketing Agency

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated Digital Account Manager with startup experience to join our marketing agency team. As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll manage client accounts and implement digital marketing strategies. Knowledge of AI tools is preferred. If you’re passionate about digital marketing, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have startup experience, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

Manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, leveraging AI tools where applicable.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend optimizations.
Coordinate the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless campaign execution.
Prepare reports showcasing campaign performance and recommendations.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and share knowledge with the team and clients.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within client accounts.
Foster long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service and understanding their needs.
Monitor and manage campaign budgets effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or related roles in a marketing agency.
Startup experience, adapting quickly and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with AI tools in digital marketing is preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Client-focused mindset with a track record of building strong relationships.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Results-driven with a passion for delivering measurable results.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.

Additional Requirement:

Located in the Philippines and available to work during US Central time zone business hours.
