Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:

Our Client is a residential and commercial cleaning service company specializing in helping property owners, property professionals, managed communities, hotels & restaurants keep their properties clean and maintained.

We seek a seasoned and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert focusing on Facebook Ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Local SEO. In this role, you will be responsible for Developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies for clients to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage effective PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic through SEO
Plan and execute local SEO strategies to increase visibility and drive foot traffic to local business locations
Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimization
Managing the company’s Facebook page, including adding new posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring the page’s analytics to determine what types of posts are most effective

Requirements:
-Strong experience in PPC advertising, SEO, and Local SEO with a proven track record of driving results and increasing ROI
-Proven experience with Facebook ads, google ads, and SEO (on-page and off-page)
-Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data and analytics to optimize campaigns and drive performance
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
-Experience with Google Analytics and other tracking and measurement tools
-Understanding of current SEO trends and best practices, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments
