We are seeking a talented, experienced, highly motivated, and organized individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will work remotely and closely with our executive, creative content, and social media engagement teams in support of our client brands. Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, generate leads, and optimize conversion rates. You will provide support to our marketing department in implementing and managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and assisting with various digital marketing activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and contribute to the growth of our organization. This role will report directly to the executive team and will require someone with an incredibly strong sense of accountability, initiative, and team oriented. Supervision will be minimal. Hours are flexible insomuch as your tasks are completed on a timely schedule.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the creative content team to create visually appealing and effective digital assets such as: digital ads, landing pages, infographics, marketing videos, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Create engaging and persuasive content for digital channels, including written content, website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and advertising materials.
• Assist with scheduling social media engagement posts.
• Conduct lead generation activities, including managing databases, qualifying leads, and coordinating follow-up activities.
• Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing (SMM), email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, analyze website traffic and performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and achieve marketing objectives.
• Conduct regular A/B testing, analyze campaign results, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including tracking key metrics and preparing regular reports.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to suggest new ideas and approaches.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a digital marketing specialist or in a similar role.
• Basic video editing/graphic skills, and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva) is desirable.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Youtube Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Experience in managing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Youtube Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a creative mindset.
• Reliable broadband internet.

Compensation:
Pay will be based on monthly rate with semi-annual performance bonus opportunities. This role is vital to the business’s success and comes with a high level of trust.
