Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) – ISP Focus

Location: Remote – Covering PST to EST Time Zones

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our digital marketing efforts, specifically targeting ISPs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a deep understanding of the ISP industry, and a proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement for our ISP services. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, creativity, and a passion for technology and digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
– Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote ISP services.
– Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns to reach them effectively.
– Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments.

2. Content Creation and Management:
– Create compelling and engaging content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, email marketing, and online advertisements.
– Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
– Manage and update the company’s website to ensure it is optimized for search engines and user experience.

3. Social Media Management:
– Develop and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engage with current and potential customers.
– Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online communities.
– Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

4. SEO and SEM:
– Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
– Develop and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

5. Email Marketing:
– Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing customers.
– Segment email lists and tailor content to different audience segments for maximum impact.
– Track and analyze email campaign performance, using insights to improve future campaigns.

6. Analytics and Reporting:
– Use digital marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
– Provide regular reports on key metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company’s digital marketing efforts remain competitive.

Compensation Plan:

• Target Total Compensation: USD 1,126.66 per Month (Approximately PHP 66,156.35)
• Base Salary: Competitive hourly rate of USD 6.50 per hour (Target USD 1,126.66 per month)
• Thirteenth Month Incentive: We will pay a 13th-month incentive-based average of the entire annual compensation

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably within the ISP or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite).
• Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for technology and staying current with digital marketing trends.
