We are a fast-growing US-based service business and coaching program seeking a highly experienced and talented full-time Digital Marketer to manage and execute our advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Linkedin and Google. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience running ads, with a strong focus on driving online traffic, tracking conversions, optimizing performance, and managing digital marketing budgets. The requirement for this job posting is Facebook and Instagram ads. Experience with youtube, tiktok, linkedin and google is a bonus.

This full-time position offers a competitive base salary, performance-based commissions, and a revenue share. Final details will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and manage all aspects of the company’s and its client’s digital marketing campaigns
– Create strategies to drive online traffic to the company and its clients
– Track conversion rates and optimize campaigns to improve conversion
– Plan and execute digital marketing budgets
– Develop digital marketing plans, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns
– Implement paid search, PPC, and SEO strategies/campaigns
– Collaborate with team members, such as our video editing team, to create effective ad creatives and reduce cost per lead
– Provide suggestions for ad creative improvements
– Design and create compelling ads
– Analyze online statistics, identify opportunities to optimize performance, and report insights to leadership along with strategy updates on a monthly basis
– Manage ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs
Qualifications:

Must be fluent in English
– At least 2 years of experience managing and running Facebook ads
– Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding $40k+ per month
– Knowledge of setting up tracking to monitor all conversions
– Experience in building funnels and automation
– In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
– Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
– Knowledge of SEO, online search mediums, and social media, along with an understanding of how these channels work together with advertising
