Join Our Team as a Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and support our marketing efforts for a dynamic financial services firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies tailored for financial services, with a strong focus on content creation, social media management, and client engagement. This role is remote and requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities:
•Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement marketing strategies specific to a financial services firm.
Content Creation:
Prepare blog posts: 2 per month and one long-form article every other month.
Complete a monthly newsletter and ensure it is archived on the company website.

Social Media Management:
Create and manage social media posts, focusing on tombstones on new loan originations, company and employee milestones, and quarterly events.
Content Calendar:
Create and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery and alignment with marketing strategy.

Client Testimonials:
Coordinate client testimonials in both written and video formats to enhance credibility and trust.

Client Engagement:
Handle gift orders for new clients to strengthen relationships and foster goodwill.
Video Editing:
Edit videos for content created by the marketing team, ensuring high-quality output.

Email Marketing:
Manage our Constant Contact email list, ensuring compliance and effectiveness of email campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:
Provide regular website analytics reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Lead Generation:
Assist in lead generation activities, including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and prospecting from curated lists.

Requirements:
•Proven experience 3 years as a Marketing Assistant or similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
•Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques specific to financial services.
•Experience in content creation (blogs, newsletters) and social media management.
•Proficiency in video editing tools/software.
•Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact).
•Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
•Ability to work independently and remotely, while collaborating effectively with a virtual team.
