Job Description

We are looking for an amazing Digital Marketing Executive with an emphasis on Paid Search to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of multiple online campaigns.

The promotion of products through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things paid search, email marketing and SMS/MMS marketing.

Responsibilities

*Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
*Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on all digital paid channels, social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.), and more
* Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase sales – revenue is king!
* Do email marketing campaigns on a weely basis and SMS marketing on a weekly basis.
*Be actively involved in paid campaign efforts
*Provide creative ideas for digital ads
*Measure performance of digital marketing efforts by looking at revenue generated
*Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

* you’re the main point of contact, the go-to person managing email & sms marketing
*manage Klaviyo accounts and Square online marketing and making sure things run smoothly, campaigns are sent on time & spot opportunities for improvement
* develop / refine automation flows to convert traffic into first-time purchasers, delight new customers & create repeat purchase opportunities
*create highly engaging campaign plans to drive revenue through weekly campaigns
* review results consistently to create iteration and testing plans (both for automation and weekly campaigns)
*collaborate with a team of designers and copywriters to achieve your goals

Skills

Proven experience as PAID Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and all other revenue gernerating activities
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
Skills and experience in creative content
Analytical and Revenue mindset – and critical thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
