Digital Marketing Specialist (For Care organisation in the UK)

Key Responsibilities:
– Link Building: Search for and connect with authoritative websites, directories, and platforms throughout the UK.
– Content Creation and Editing: Utilise AI tools for content production, followed by human editing to bring a unique touch to each piece.
– Journalist Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, encouraging them to write about our high-value research articles.
– Public Relations: Use PR platforms such as PR Newswire, Business Wire, and PR Fire to release and distribute press releases.
– Social Media Management: Optional task of creating and posting on multiple social media channels, as well as engaging with local newspapers.
– PrimeCarers Partners Program: Potential to eventually manage the PrimeCarers Partners referral program.

Technical Requirements:
– Content Management Systems: Familiarity with WordPress or similar platforms.
– AI Tools: Competence in using AI-assisted content creation tools.
– SEO Expertise: A sound understanding of SEO best practices.
– PR Tools: Nice-to-have experience using PR tools; generic PR tools like PR Newswire, Business Wire, and PR Fire.
– Nice to have: Some ability to develop or participate in the development of tools to help you work at scale

Communication Skills:
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Capability to effectively pitch to and follow up with journalists.
