Our team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of property management, and we are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join us and elevate our brand presence.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in social media management, brand building, email campaign creation, and lead generation funnels. The ideal candidate will also have strong graphic design and video editing skills, utilizing the latest AI-driven tools to create engaging content. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work during US business hours (10 AM – 6 PM CST).

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to build and enhance our brand presence.
– Manage and grow our social media profiles across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns and CRM to engage and convert potential clients.
– Design and manage lead generation funnels with GoHighLevel (GHL) to attract and nurture potential clients.
– Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
– Collaborate with the team to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
– Teach and guide the team on digital marketing best practices and strategies.
– Utilize graphic design and video editing skills to create high-quality visual content.
– Incorporate current AI-driven editing tools (e.g., Adobe Sensei, Canva, Lumen5) to enhance content and gain audience traction.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing, ensuring our strategies remain current and effective.
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
– Perform other related duties as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in the property management or real estate industry.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, brand building, and digital marketing strategies.
– Proven experience in creating and managing successful email marketing campaigns and lead generation funnels.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Reliable high-speed internet connection.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Familiarity with US time zones and ability to work 10 AM – 6 PM CST.
– Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software, including Zoho Campaigns, CRM, and GoHighLevel (GHL).
– Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
– Video editing skills with experience in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lumen5, etc.
– Knowledge of AI-driven editing tools and their applications in content creation.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
