Digital Marketing Specialist for Skincare Brand

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in growing our online presence, engaging our audience, and driving sales through a variety of digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to include social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content creation.
Manage and grow our social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and any other channels relevant to our brand.
Collaborate with influencers and bloggers for promotional activities to increase brand awareness and generate sales leads.
Create engaging, brand-aligned content for our online platforms, including product descriptions, blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategy and increase engagement and conversions.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our brand remains competitive and innovative.
Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically within the beauty/skincare industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
Experience in social media management, content creation, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to create compelling and engaging content.
Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics that match our brand’s image.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field is a plus.
