We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in GA4, Google Ads, and Looker Studio. This role is responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns, leveraging a strong background in data analytics, as well as proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms.
You will report directly to the Relationship Manager and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives, improving the effectiveness of our marketing strategies and the quality of our customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns using Google Ads, ensuring they align with our company’s goals and objectives.
2. Conduct data analysis using GA4, including segmentation, tracking, and interpretation of large data sets, to gain insights into customer behavior and campaign performance.
3. Use Looker Studio to create custom reports and dashboards that effectively visualize data and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
4. Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to understand the needs and expectations of our clients, and incorporate these insights into your campaign strategies.
5. Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to enhance ad performance and improve ROI.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and analytics.
6. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in digital marketing with specific expertise in Google Ads, GA4, and Looker Studio.
3. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
4. Excellent knowledge of web analytics, PPC, and SEO.
5. Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
6. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Google Ads Certification and Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) or related certifications.
2. Proficiency in other digital marketing and analytics tools such as Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, etc.
3. Experience in customer relationship management and understanding customer needs.
