Job Description

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, as well as experience in running paid ads and executing successful social media strategies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, optimizing ad performance, and ensuring maximum ROI.
Set up and manage Facebook Pixel to track user interactions and improve ad targeting.
Analyze and report on social media performance, identifying trends and insights to inform future strategies.
Conduct influencer outreach and establish partnerships to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Create engaging content, including copywriting and visual assets, to support the social media calendar.
Design and develop visually appealing social media posts and ad creatives that reflect the brand’s identity and values.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency and alignment with broader marketing objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, applying learnings to ongoing efforts.
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns as needed (bonus skill).
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media marketing, including strategy development, content creation, and paid advertising.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy adjustments.
Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent.
Excellent copywriting skills and a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with Google Ads and the ability to manage campaigns is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
