We are a growing Commercial Interior design business.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us with planning as well as implementing everyday marketing tasks.
This is a contract based remote job for 20 hours a week to start with. This is great for anybody who has a minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital marketing and is willing to learn more.
You must be available either from 8 AM PST to 12 PM PST (12 AM PhST to 4 AM PhST)
OR from 3 PM PST to 7PM PST (7 AM PhST to 11AM PhST)
You pick what works best for you.
Workdays: Monday – Friday, US time.

Experience you need to have:
– Graphic design for ads creatives. Photoshop and illustrator is a plus.
– Social media platform management: Facebook groups and pages, Instagram, and TikTok.
– LinkedIn marketing, paid emails, and group management.
– Marketing on Pinterest.
– CRM Hubspot basic knowledge is a plus.
– Asana project management program: basic knowledge is a plus.
– Market Research and Analysis tools.
Tasks we need help with:
– Creating a solid written Digital Marketing plan with time frames and identifying key performance indicators to measure the success.
– Implementing the Marketing plan.
– Managing FB group and our pages.
– Managing Instagram accounts.
– Creating marketing strategy on Pinterest and implementing it.
– Creating ads for different platforms and presenting them to our CEO.
– Posting press releases on websites.
