Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Manila. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. This role requires a creative thinker who can develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our diverse portfolio of fashion brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize and improve results.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad creatives and content.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media advertising.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for all digital marketing activities.
Assist in managing the digital marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in managing Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools.
