We are looking for Virtual Assistants / Executive Assistants in the following areas:

Strategic

• Review & Understand the Strategic Direction Set By Executive Team.
• Work with Top Management and implement a Tactical Plan to Achieve Strategic Goals.
• Carry Out Day To Day Marketing Tactics Across All Mediums.
• Report Results To Management On Bi-Weekly Basis.

Content

• Work with Management & Supporting Agencies To Build Quarterly Content Plans.
• Execute Plan By Coordinating with Internal & External Assets.
• Support Subject Matter Experts By Reviewing, Proofing & Editing Their Work.
• Generate Non-Technical Content To Support Content Plan & Web Team.
• Maximize Exposure To All New Content Generated Through Primary Websites, Social Media Profiles & Email.

Social Media

• Deploy Social Media Posts That Correspond with High-Level Strategic Marketing Initiatives.
• Generate Monthly Post Schedule For Instagram & FaceBook.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts To Execute Scheduled Posts.
• Develop Non-Technical Posts That Feature Customers & Offer A Behind-the-scenes Look At HPS & The Personalities Of Our Organization.
• Reply To Comments & Inquiries Across All Social Platforms.
• Invest 2 – 4 Hours Per Week Researching Astronomy Related Posts.
• Establish Relationships with Influencers To Expand Social Reach.

Graphic Design

• Create Graphic Banners For Websites, Social Profiles, Email Campaigns & Tradeshows.
• Generate Graphics To Highlight Product Features & Company Benefits.
