Digital Marketing Specialist/Marketing Manager

In this role you’ll be responsible for creating, curating, scheduling, and posting content to all of our social media channels in addition to designing digital assets for our website and email marketing campaigns.

Our Digital Marketing Specialist/Marketing Manager will work directly with the CEO to execute the brand’s social media strategy, including creating unique content and managing the content calendar and campaigns that match our customer journey throughout the year.

This role entails everything from working with the CEO on ideation to execution, while ensuring a strong visual brand identity and brand voice across all channels.

Responsibilities
* Develop social media content calendars, and marketing campaigns with the CEO, as well as lead magnets + strategies
* Publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
* Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
* Manage social media content, the content calendar, and community across all brand social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube, and Tiktok.
* Serve as the liaison between the brand and the social community, engaging with the audience and responding to inquiries when appropriate.
* Drive audience growth, engagement, reporting analytics and insights back to the CEO.
* Maintain a strong and current understanding of social media trends and make recommendations on how to innovate content and communications.
* Design website assets including blog articles, email campaigns, and website product and collection pages.

Qualifications

*2 years of experience developing and managing marketing campaigns.
* 2 years of experience with SEO and ad campaigns
* 2 years of demonstrated experience managing and growing social media communities across multiple platforms.
* 2 years of graphic design experience in the digital space, including website assets and email campaigns.
* Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Later, Buffer or Metricool
* Highly proficient using Canva
* Experience writing copy for social and email marketing campaigns
* Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
* Ability to communicate and develop a strong visual identity and brand voice.
* Experience utilizing project management software (Clickup/Notion/Airtable)
* Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking and organizational ability
* Fluency in English

Job will be for 30-40 hours weekly
