We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, particularly with Google Ads, and will possess a deep understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) and social media advertising, specifically Facebook Ads. A crucial part of this role involves a strong focus on conversion value and tracking, ensuring that all campaigns are geared towards maximum return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:
PPC Campaign Management:
Design, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms with a primary focus on Google Ads.
Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum performance, focusing on conversion value and efficient budget allocation.
Conversion Tracking and Optimization:
Implement advanced conversion tracking methods to accurately measure and optimize the ROI of campaigns.
Analyze conversion data to understand user behavior and refine campaign targeting and messaging.
Google Ads Mastery:
Leverage expertise in Google Ads to create effective campaigns in Search and Display networks.
Utilize Google Analytics to analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
SEM and Facebook Ads:
Develop and execute SEM strategies to improve search visibility and drive traffic.
Manage Facebook advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and budget management, with a focus on conversion optimization.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, especially regarding conversion rates and values.
Prepare detailed performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations focused on conversion optimization.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on campaign progress and results, with a special emphasis on conversion tracking and value.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Google Ads expert, with a focus on PPC management, conversion optimization, and campaign tracking.
Google Ads Certification in Search, Display, and Analytics.
Strong knowledge of SEM and experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision making.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team environment.
