Job Title: Marketing Specialist – Video Editing and Social Media
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Marketing Specialist with expertise in video editing, video marketing, and social media to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our property management company and drive brand awareness. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging video content and managing social media platforms to attract and engage our target audience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement video marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
Create and edit high-quality videos for various marketing purposes, including video blogs, property showcases, virtual tours, testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and storyboard video ideas that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and video marketing.
Manage and optimize social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and foster customer engagement.
Develop and curate compelling and visually appealing content for social media posts, including images, videos, and captions.
Monitor social media analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a strong online presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as graphic designers and copywriters, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and platforms in video editing, video marketing, and social media to continuously optimize our marketing efforts.
Assist in other marketing activities, such as email marketing, content creation, and website updates, as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in video editing, video marketing, and social media management.
Proficiency in video editing software and the ability to create visually compelling and engaging videos.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid reach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing ideas.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus, but not required.
