Job Description

We are looking for VAs who have the following experience:

Digital Marketing:

Conduct a digital marketing audit of current strategies and present findings with recommendations for improvements.
Develop a Google AdWords strategy including keyword research, ad group structures, and proposed budget allocation. Provide detailed documentation and a simulation of expected results.
Perform a digital audit of current marketing strategies and develop a SEO strategy focusing on keyword optimization and content creation.
Create a PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaign strategy including budget allocation, target demographics, and expected conversion rates.
Deliver a unified digital marketing strategy report detailing both SEO and PPC approaches and a presentation explaining their strategies.

Product Launch Strategy:

Create a comprehensive market entry strategy for a new product including target market analysis, competitive analysis, and differentiation strategies.
Design a go-to-market timeline including key milestones from product development to launch.
Prepare a PowerPoint presentation detailing the strategy, timeline, and expected impact.
Conduct market research to identify potential markets and customer needs.
Develop a go-to-market strategy for a new product, including timelines, marketing channels, and key milestones.
Create promotional material prototypes such as digital ads, social media posts, and email marketing copies.
Prepare a detailed report and a presentation summarizing the product launch strategy.
Deliver a video presentation detailing the product benefits, market strategy, and expected outcomes.
Develop a content marketing plan with blog topics, video ideas, and an editorial calendar.
Market analysis to identify target customers and competitive landscape.
Development of a marketing mix strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
Creation of launch collateral, including press releases and promotional videos.
Final report and presentation summarizing the market analysis, strategy, and individual reports and collaborate on a joint presentation detailing their strategies.
Develop a launch plan for a new service offering including pre-launch activities and post-launch follow-up.
Perform a SWOT analysis for the new product in the existing market.

Email Marketing

Develop a 6-email sequence for nurturing leads including content strategy, design, and call-to-actions.
Create an email performance evaluation plan with metrics to track (e.g., open rates, conversion rates).
Prepare a detailed report and email templates in HTML format.
Design an email marketing campaign focused on customer engagement and a conversion-focused email marketing strategy for new services.
Develop a series of email templates for different stages of the customer journey.
Implement a tracking system to measure open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Submit a comprehensive report on the campaign strategy and analytics. Develop a comprehensive analysis tool to track email campaign results and ROI.
Develop A/B testing strategies for different email components (subject lines, images, CTA).
Analyze current email marketing efforts and suggest improvements.
Create a segmented email campaign tailored to different customer profiles.
Design creative email content including graphics and optimized copy.
Provide a final presentation detailing the strategy, implementation plan, and expected outcomes.
Provide a detailed guide on implementing and managing the email strategy.

Social Media Marketing Campaign:

Develop a comprehensive social media strategy including audience analysis, platform determination,content themes, including content plan and engagement tactics. Create a 3-month content calendar with detailed posts, scheduling, and engagement strategies.
Design initial posts, including graphics and copy, for the first two weeks as examples.
Compile and present a final report and a 10-minute video presentation outlining the campaign strategy and expected outcomes.
Researching different site-building tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages.
Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable.
Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content.
Providing training on updating and maintaining the website.
Create a simple figma using information gathered in previous steps
Create a strategy for online advertising through Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

SEO and Social Media

Create an SEO improvement plan focusing on keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies.
Design a 3-month social media strategy focusing on increasing engagement and boosting SEO.
Prepare a comprehensive report outlining the integrated strategy.
Conduct SEO audit and improve website for better search engine rankings.
Develop a content strategy for social media that aligns with SEO improvements.
Create a report detailing SEO findings and social media plans.
Deliver a final presentation explaining the integrated strategy and expected impact.

Change Market Analysis

Conduct a market feasibility study for entering a new demographic segment (From Kelowna to Calgary).
Analyze current market trends and predict future shifts impacting the company’s services.
Create a detailed risk analysis report with mitigation strategies.
Present a final strategy in a structured report format.
