Description
Our client is a progressive digital marketing strategy agency specialising in HubSpot consultancy. They leverage their expertise in digital marketing and the HubSpot platform to drive growth and revenue operations for their clients, helping them maximise their digital potential and achieve their business goals.

They are now looking to hire a Virtual Marketing Strategist (HubSpot Growth and Rev Ops) that will work in a tight-knit three-person team alongside a Marketing Strategist and Director to facilitate growth and revenue operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client goals using HubSpot.
Oversee and optimize clients’ use of HubSpot for marketing, sales, and service needs.
Proven track record in executing effective marketing strategies remotely.
Proficiency in the HubSpot platform, and excellent communication and collaboration skills required.
Coordinate with the team and communicate effectively with clients.
Create and implement marketing strategies, analyze campaign performance data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay updated on marketing trends and HubSpot updates for continual learning and innovation.
Oversee and manage marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timeliness and effectiveness.
Maintain regular communication with the team, Business Analyst, Director, and clients.
Collaborate with the Business Analyst for data-driven insights and use them to optimize marketing strategies.
Manage email campaigns, landing pages, CTAs, workflows, and customer segmentation.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy development, preferably in a virtual setting.
Proven experience with HubSpot and driving growth and revenue operations.
HubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, Service Hub) are highly beneficial.
Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and marketing automation software.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Project management experience and familiarity with tools/methodologies.
Adaptability to changing marketing trends and industry dynamics.
Ability to work effectively in a team-based, remote environment.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy development.
Proficiency in managing and optimizing the HubSpot platform.
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual team setting.
Client relationship management skills.
