We are looking for a full-time digital marketing VA to join our team. If you have social media management experience, you understand SEO, then we want to meet you!

We are a small, US based firm specializing in providing leadership development solutions to organizations. We are located on the west coast in the Pacific time zone.

Time Commitment & Salary:

8 hours a day/ 40 hours a week/ 160 hours a month

Salary: $6/hour | $240/week | $960/month

The following are the responsibilities for the role. (We prefer a candidate that is familiar with the tools mentioned such as Kajabi, ChatGTP, Asana, metricool, canva, seo etc.)

Social Media Strategy
• Must be able to create a comprehensive social media strategy with KPIs to track that will increase followers and elevate engagement across different platforms (FB, IG, YT, TikTok, Twitter and Linkedin)
• Must have a solid understanding of the algorithms that influence each channel/platform
• Must be able to differentiate Linkedin strategies and use appropriate approach for this platform vs the others platforms

SEO (our website is on Kajabi platform)
• Must understand and be proficient with both on page and off page optimization strategies and be able to execute these
• Must be proficient in google analytics and suggest recommendations for improving website ranking using a variety of SEO strategies

Social Media Management
• Create content posts for all social media platforms (familiarity with ChatGTP or similar is a must)
• Prepare visuals as needed using Canva
• Edit videos
• Post content (we use Metricool as our planner)
• Keep track of progress / statistics from social media efforts
• Familiar with ads is a big plus for managing campaigns

Will help to launch and/or maintain the following:
• Ghost writing blog posts on the website
• Ghost writing Linkedin newsletter
• Use of the company Linkedin website page for posting (not just personal profile)
• Coordinate and execute our list building efforts

Systems and Operations Support
• Communicate with the team using project management system (Asana)
• Support OBM in documenting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Participate in weekly team meetings as needed
