Job Description

Attract Clients Online is a virtual coaching company looking for a full-time Digital Marketing technical support person for 40 hours a week.

The Full-Time Digital Marketing Technical Support role is a remote assistant who will help our team with troubleshooting technical issues for clients, also help set up clients’ Facebook accounts, help clients monitor ad performance, and other customer support tech-related tasks.

Tasks you will work on will include:
– External communications to clients through email and zoom meetings
– Making short zoom videos illustrating ‘how to’ answers to client questions
– Investigating technical issues for our company system, and clients’ systems.
– Testing and scheduling email marketing campaigns through Infusionsoft/Keap

To qualify for the position, you must:

– Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
– Ability to help clients troubleshoot tech issues with their Facebook Ad Accounts, and CRMs.
– Be familiar with Facebook ad accounts, including how to set them up and run ads
– Tech Savvy-Familiarity with current technologies: Cloud-based tools, online calendars, word-processing software, and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, GSuite) and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
– Ability to work independently and a take-charge attitude – the ability to not only do what is asked but also take charge of projects, make suggestions on how things can work better, and bring attention to anything that needs it.
– Familiarity or experience with Digital Marketing tools (e.g. Canva, WordPress, Photoshop, Infusionsoft, ClickFunnels, etc.) is an advantage
– Strong Organizational skills- the ability to have a system in place for keeping important files and tasks management
– Be able to work full-time from home during the hours of 9am – 5pm ET.
– Have your own laptop and suitable office space at home.
– Have a strong internet connection.
