JOB OVERVIEW
We are searching for a responsible, motivated, and creative Digital Marketing VA.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist , you will play a crucial role in enhancing the company’s digital footprint. You will be responsible for executing and managing various digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and driving lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for all things digital.

As a Marketing VA working remotely, you will cover all elements of the marketing mix and bring your extensive experience to help shape this new role within the business. You will need to be confident in suggesting, organising and developing campaigns and be able to create marketing strategies to analyse data and grow audiences. The successful candidate will also be able to create social media content to promote the company, its products and services, to create customer awareness, drive traffic, and increase revenue. You must be reliable and enjoy challenging and fast-paced work alongside being able to work autonomously. Support and guidance will be provided, however you will need to be confident and experienced in creating marketing strategies. You must be organised and proactive with ideas and suggestions on how to improve current marketing tactics.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks may include but are not limited to the following:

Social Media Marketing:
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create and curate engaging content, including graphics and videos, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with the community.
• Conduct industry and competitor research
• Generate reports, track and analyse key metrics

Facebook (and other platforms) Paid Ads Management:
• Plan, create, and manage Facebook advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Analyse and optimise ad performance to maximise ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting and ad creatives.

Email Marketing:
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.
• Format content and graphics for mailers and brochures.
• Write newsletters, ad copy etc.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise for better results.
• Maintain and segment email lists for targeted campaigns.

Lead Generation:
• Develop and manage lead generation campaigns to attract and convert potential clients.
• Utilise various tools and strategies to capture and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Analyse and report on the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.

Website Management (not creation):
• Oversee website content updates, ensuring timely and accurate information.
• Work with the development team to improve website functionality and user experience.
• Monitor website performance metrics and implement SEO best practices.
• Not a requirement but good to have if you are knowledgeable with effective SEO strategies to drive traffic

Basic Administrative Tasks:
• Assist with general administrative duties related to marketing operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals.
• Manage and organise office files, records, and documents.

Guest Services:
With this role, you will also handle various but minimal administrative tasks related to guest services. No prior experience is • required, as training will be provided. However, previous experience in this role is a HUGE plus.

• Check guests in and out, manage reservations, and handle guest enquiries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support
• Make sure that all guests’ needs and expectations are met throughout their stay
• Operate booking system
• Other ad hoc duties as and when required.

• Google Workspace
• Social Media Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X(Twitter), TikTok
• Website Hosting Platforms: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace etc.
• Zoho
• Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva
• Any video editing software like Adobe Premiere, Filmora
• Project management applications: Asana, Trello, Zoho
• Kajabi
• Marketing automation platforms: HubsPot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Over three (3) years, proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a sound understanding of the English language.
• A comprehensive grasp of the English language is an absolute must, you will need to be able to write a copy that is grammatically correct.
• Must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
• Strong experience in running Facebook ads and managing Facebook ad campaigns.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms.
• Experience with website management and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Experience in creating email marketing campaigns that are effective and well designed.
• Understanding of design and marketing principles and techniques.
• Ability to develop strategies based on industry trends and developments.
• Not a requirement but previous experience in guest service/customer service is a HUGE bonus
• Excellent multitasking, time management, and organisational skills especially when working with multiple projects or teams.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude.
• Able to work in the UK Timezone.

WORKING HOURS (UK Time)
25-30 hours per week
